Whisk together the flour, wheat germ, flax seed meal, baking powder, baking soda, & salt in a bowl; set aside. Grease 2 baking sheets.2. Beat the Smart Balance & Splenda with an electric mixer in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in 1/4 C. egg substitute until completely incorporated, then another.
