Here is how you make Turkey bacon frittata:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Peel and dice potatoes and onion. Cook turkey bacon in skillet on medium heat until done. Set aside to cool. Add olive oil to skillet and cook potatoes and onion until potatoes are soft. Transfer potatoes and onion to baking dish. Chop up bacon and spread over potatoes and onion in baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over other ingredients in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes (or until eggs are cooked).
