(I use Lucerne brand)1/4 cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese (I use Lucerne brand) 1 Turkey Patty (Jennie-O is good) 1/4 cup chopped onion (I use white, any is fine) Pepper/Seasoning How Do I Make Turkey-Onion-Cheese Omelet? Here is how you make Turkey-Onion-Cheese Omelet: I don't really know how to cook, but here's what I do...I start by putting the turkey patty on a small pan at medium heat and cooking it for about 3 minutes on each side. While it is cooking, I chop up about 1/4 cup of onion - any kind is fine - and add it to the pan. I then add a small amount of pepper and seasoning to the pan. After the turkey has cooked for about 3 minutes per side, I dice it into about 20 smaller pieces and throw it back into the pan. At this point, I have diced turkey and onions in a pan and I add the liquid egg whites, about 3 eggs worth (which is 3/4 cup with the egg whites I use, not sure if that's standard though). The egg whites form under and around the turkey and onions. At this point, I add the cheese, about 1/4 cup on top of everything. After about 5 minutes the eggs are cooked enough to flip half of it over, making it into an omelet. As long as the eggs look good, it should be done at this point.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ALEXCOOKPDX.What's The Nutritional Info For Turkey-Onion-Cheese Omelet? The nutritional information for Turkey-Onion-Cheese Omelet is:
