Here is how you make Pepper and Turkey Omlette:

Prepare a skillet with cooking spray. Warm pan on medium or a little bit higher temp. When ready, add Egg Beaters. Spread evenly the turkey, peppers and half of the cheese. Ensure that all of the Egg Beaters is getting cooked by tipping the pan slightly to get the liquid part to run to the sides. Lift an edge with a spatula to allow liquid to go underneath. When no more liquid runs, place the majority of tomatos on one half. Flip the other half over. Remove from pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
