Here is how you make Turkey Souse:

I use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes to cook the turkey but you can do it in the pot it will take longer. Cut up the onions and squeeze the lime (or use lime juice). Peel and cut up the potatoes. Put all the ingredients in the pot except the potatoes and boil for 10 - 15 minutes (longer if you did not use pressure cooker. Add the potatoes and cook until tender.
