Here is how you make Turkey Bacon and Spinach Souffle:

Preheat oven to 350.Spray small baking dish with cooking spray.Cook the bacon as directed on packagingWhile the bacon is cooking, I cooked mine in the oven to help with the fat content, dice up the spinach. In small bowl measure the Egg Beaters and add the spinach. When the bacon is done and cool, dice it and add to the spinach egg mixture. Wisk all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Cook for 30 minutes or until eggs are nice and fluffy.
