4. Dry red chillies - 2

9. Carrot – ¼ cup chopped
10. Green Peas – 1/4 cup
11. water – 4 cups

How Do I Make UPMA?

Here is how you make UPMA:

take a fry pan and heat on medium flame. Add oil and after its hot add lentils, dry red chillies. Let the lentils turn to rich golden color then, add ginger and green chillies.Let them fry for 1 minute then add onions and allown them to fry for 3 minutes then add carrot and green peas. Now cook for 5 minutes. Then add salt to taste and water. Let the water boil. Now take the Semolina and add it to the boiling water slowly and steadly while mixing the water along with the semolina. See that there are no lumps formed. Lower the flame and then let it come together and forma solid consistancy.
