Take the onion and garlic and process in a mini food processor or dice by hand. In a medium frying pan lightly spray with canola oil or use butter, onion, garlic, pepper, and zucchini until vegetables are translucent. Sprinkle with a pinch of Cayenne Pepper and Black Pepper. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in milk, then vegetable mixture.Pour quiche base into prepared pan.
