Here is how you make German Pancake With Vegetables:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Grease a 8-inch square baking dish.Fry bacon until slightly crispy.While the bacon is cooking, begin mixing the eggs with an electric mixer. Slowly add in the milk. Beat until frothy. Then add in the flour.Cool and drain the bacon. Crumble it and place in the bottom of baking dish.Lightly saute the onions. Pour half of the eggs, milk and flour mixture into the baking dish on top of the bacon. Add in the broccoli and onions. Top with the cheese. Then add in the remainder of the eggs, milk and flour mixture.Bake for 45 - 55 minutes or until done.
