Add onions and saute until tender. Add potatoes and saute. Season with salt and pepper. Once onions are translucent add tofu. When potatoes and tofu have begun to turn golden, add bell peppers. Add seasoning mix. When bell peppers are tender, and potatoes are browned remove from heat and serve. Makes 4 2/3 cup servings.
