1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning

1/8-1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

Here is how you make Steamed Veggie and Egg:

Pour a small amount of water in a small skillet, add the veggies and seasoning. Cover and let simmer until vegetables are tender. Add more water if needed at any time to keep everything from sticking. Scramble the egg and add it over veggies. Cook until mostly firm. Flip egg and veggies over. Sprinkle with cheese.
