12 Slices Deli Thin Sliced Black Forest Ham- Oscar Meyer 98% fat free
6 Eggs
a little chicken broth (about a half cup)
Salt Free Savory Seasoning to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Here is how you make Veggie, Ham and Egg Cups:

Saute broccoli slaw, scallions, mushrooms and potato in chicken broth & seasonings to taste until veggies are as soft as you like, and liquid is gone and veggies begin to brown on bottom. *just use a small amount of chicken broth, I used about a half cup*Line large muffin tin cups with 2 slices of the really thin sliced Black Forest Ham (or whatever kind you like in the Deli Thin 98% Fat Free Variety ... adjust calories if you use something else)Fill cups with the cooked veggie mixture, and crack an egg on top of each. Bake in 400 degree pre-heated oven about 10 minutes or until eggs are set to your liking.
