1) Put frozen veggies together in a bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes without any added water just to defrost the veggies (can also put in strainer and rinse under hot water... again, just to defrost). 2) Combine whole eggs, egg whites and milk and mix well.3) Place 1.5 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil in non-stick fry pan and heat on medium. Add veggies and seasonings and cook just to warm and finish defrosting.4) Add eggs to veggies and scramble, cook until done.salt & pepper to taste...
