What Are The Ingredients For Ham and veggie quiche Recipe?The ingredients for Ham and veggie quiche are: 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 cup KRAFT Natural Shredded Swiss Cheese or 1/2 Swiss and 1/2 Cheddar 0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, .25 to .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion, raw 1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) .3 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 6 Cherry Tomatoes chopped 4 medium Mushrooms, fresh chopped 1 tbl butter or EVOO How Do I Make Ham and veggie quiche?Here is how you make Ham and veggie quiche: Chop and saute vegetables ( I used 1 TBL butter but EVOO is fine) except cherry tomatoes. Chop cherry tomatoes and set aside, Thaw 1 frozen deep dish pie crust, prick bottom with a fork 4 to 6 times. (Optional bake for 10 minutes) Beat 4 eggs and 1.25 cups milk, and 1 TBL flour, salt and pepper to taste. In cooled baked (or unbaked) piecrust add cheese, cooked vegetables and ham. Mix. Pour egg and milk mixture SLOWLY over the top. Top with chopped tomatoes and bake 40 minutes at 375. If cheese is not golden brown bake another 5 minutes. Tip if you pre-bake you may want to lay a strip of aluminum foil over pie crust edge before baking.
