Here is how you make Scrambled Eggs w/Veggies:

chop spinach, mushrooms and olives into large pieces; add to tabouli and mix. Place in microwave for 45 seconds to heat through. While veggies are cooking mix eggs in microwave save bowl. Add veggie mixture to eggs and stir. Place in Microwave and for 1.25 seconds. Half way through the cooking time stir egg mixture and add pepper and salt (optional).
