Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Add oil, 1/3 c. banana, and extracts and mix until a dry, lumpy batter forms. Microwave the remaining 1/3 c. banana and mix into everything else. Dough should look very dry but somewhat cohesive. Fold in frozen blueberries. Use 1/3 measuring cup to portion out dough into 1" thick discs on the cookie sheet. Brush each scone with melted coconut oil. Bake for 7 minutes, rotate the pans 180 degrees, then bake for another 7 minutes or until golden brown and passes toothpick test.
