Place lid on and let sit on counter overnight. In the morning, bring other 1/3 cup water to boil with dash of salt. Once boiling add yogurt/oats from jar and a liberal amount of ground cinnamon (if desired). Let simmer about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl and let cool in fridge. While oats are cooking, grind flax seed and add it, apple pectin, and vanilla flavored stevia to remaining yogurt. Stir and place in fridge to thicken.
