-Spray 9x13 bakin dish with non-stick spray. -Place bread tightly in pan. -In bowl beat eggs, milk, splenda and vanilla with whisk 30 seconds.-Pour 1/2 egg/milk mixture over bread.-Layer peeled, cored apple slices over bread. -Pour balance of egg/milk mixture over bread and apples. -Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over top of apples.- Dot with butter.Cover and regrigerate overnight.
