Here is how you make Baked Donuts:

Wisk together the flour, brown sugar, stevia, and salt. Mix together the almond milk, vinegar, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until smooth (do not overmix).Fill the lightly greased donut pan 3/4 full with batter, and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until a tooth pick shows no crumbs (about 10 minutes). Makes 12 medium size donuts.For glazed donuts, mix together the confectioners sugar, almond milk and vanilla. Dip one side of each slightly cooled donut in the glaze.For cinnamon sugar donuts, lightly brush a donut with melted coconut oil. Roll the donut in the cinnamon sugar until well coated.
