Mix together the almond milk, vinegar, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until smooth (do not overmix).Fill the lightly greased donut pan 3/4 full with batter, and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until a tooth pick shows no crumbs (about 10 minutes).
