Here is how you make "Better for you" banana coffee cake:

Mix flour, oats and Splenda together. Measure out 3/4 cup of dry mix. Add 1 tsp of the cinnamon and cut in the butter with a pastry blender. Set this aside to be the topping for the coffee cake. Add the baking powder, baking soda and the remainder of the cinnamon to the flour mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, eggs and bananas. Fold this mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well and pour into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
