3/4 cup butter

1 cup or 200g mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Here is how you make L.R. Chocolate chip banana bread:

Preheat oven to 350. Line 5 or 6 small loaf pans with wax paper on the bottom, spraying with non-stick spray before and after putting in the wax paper. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In the large bowl of a mixer cream the butter and sucanat for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add mashed bananas and vanilla and mix on medium speed just to combine. On low speed add dry ingredients in thirds, blending until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into pans. Batter may be too much for 5 pans, if it is, use the 6th pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
