1 egg
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( may use whole wheat)
2/3 cup unsweatened apple sauce


How Do I Make Banana Protein Muffins?

Here is how you make Banana Protein Muffins:

In a large bowl or mixing bowl, smash bananas. Add protein powder mix into paste. Mix in honey and egg. Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to banana mixture. Add applesauce mix well. Spray a muffin or cupcake tin with Pam or another brand of no stick spray. Make sure to get top of pan as well so the muffin tops don't stick. Fill each muffin tin well to the top.
