Cream together butter, sugar, honey and eggs together until smooth. Add banana. Mix thouroughly.Add flour, oats, soda, powder and salt and mix together until eveny coated. Add chocolate chips if desired. Bake in medium sized muffin cups, and add only two tbsp of batter to each cup. Make at 350 degrees F. Take approximately 15 minutes to bake, but should be nice and brown before being brought out of the oven.This is a high carb treat, but it is perfect for days when you are looking to do an extra bit of cardio.
