In mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream shortening and splenda till fluffy. Add eggs and blend. In bowl, mash bananas. Mix milk in with bananas. Add 1/3 of the dry mix to the shortening mixture and mix well. Then add 1/2 of the banana mixture, then another 1/3 of the dry, then the rest of the banana, then the rest of the dry.
