1/4 CUP CANOLA OIL
3/4 CUP SKIM MILK


How Do I Make Biscuits?

Here is how you make Biscuits:

Measure the 2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl. Measure canola oil to 1/4 cup and add enough milk to make 1 cup. Mix and pour into flour. Use fork to mix ingredients together. Dough will be (or should be wet). Turn dough onto waxed paper covered in flour. Gently pat small amount of flour into dough until it is no longer sticky. Fold over a couple of times and roll out. Cut 12 bisuits. Bake at 450 degree oven for about 8 minutes, until bottom is baked. Then place under high broil for last two minutes of baking time. Upon removal from oven place clean kitchen towel over pan to hold in heat and to soften crust of biscuits.
