Here is how you make Michelle's Breakfast Bake:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Swirl olive oil around small baking dish & then sprinkle in potatoes. Whip eggs & pour in to pan. Season them with some black pepper & italian seasoning. Place mushrooms, green peppers & chopped up veggie breakfast sausage patties over egg mixture. Sprinkle with feta & the shredded mozzerella/provolone. Bake for about 30 minutes.
