In a bowl, mix ground beef, sausage patties and the maple syrup togetherForm the mixture into 7 patties3. use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut a hole in the center of each burger. Form 2-3 more burger patties with the center cut-outs.4. Lightly brush the burgers with canola oil and liberally season both sides of the patties with Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning.5. Grill each burger about 3-4 minutes per side until nice marks form. While the burgers are grilling, heat an oven-safe small saut? pan on the grill next to the burgers.6. When the burgers are cooked, transfer to the saut? pan with a small amount of canola oil. Crack an egg into the center of the burger and cook about 2 minutes per side for a runny yolk. (**An instant-read thermometer should read 160℉ when inserted into the burger.)7. Stir together the melted butter and maple syrup to make the maple butter.8.
