Here is how you make Libbi's Breakfast Cassarole:

In a non-stick frying pan, brown the sausage with sage. Add in onion, mushrooms, bacon pieces, & broccoil. Saute about 5 minutes. Coat 9x13in baking glass dish with olive oil. Scramble eggs inside baking dish. Pour meat & veggie mixture into glass dish. Stir in cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste. Slowly stir well.Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
