Saute the veggies and ham in olive oil, till onions are lightly browned, scramble your egg and egg white together and pour in a seperate fry pan with a light spray of Pam ....when the egg is done pour veggie/ham mixture on top of egg and sprinkle with cheese, fold the omlet over... and plate it!Good anytime of day!!!
