Soak dried chickpeas for 6 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse.Cover with water, bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins. Allow to cool.Blitz chickpeas in batches until fairly smooth. Remove from food processor and mix in peanut butter, yoghurt, spices and half the lemon juice. Return to food processor and blitz in batches if necessary until mixture is smooth.
