25 squirts I Can't Believe It's not Butter (spray)
1 Cup cubed ham
2 cups fresh mushrooms
1 cup Low fat Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream of chicken soup
1 Jalepeno pepper seeded & diced fine
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk

Here is how you make CONNIE'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE:

Thaw and squeeze hashbrowns. Pat into 9x13 pan and spray butter all evenly. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes at 350. Top hashbrowns will all but eggs, milk and cream of chicken soup. Add salt & pepper as desired. Scramble eggs and add milkd and soup. Pour over hashbrown mixture. Bake in oven additional 30 mintues or so until bubbly.
