Makes four ample servings...First, cook the rice in 2 cups water, as directed on package.Then, spray an 8' casserole dish with cookin gspray and dump in the rice, frozen peas, the eggs (beaten) and the milk. Mix it all together to evenly distribute the ingredients. Add any seasoning you'd lik eat this point...
