Makes 12 servings about 1.5 cups each.Cook the corn, let cool some and cut kernels off of cob.Cook the pasta and drain it and put it in a large bowl.Drain and rinse the black-eye peas. Dump into bowl with pasta.Cut the chicken into cubes. Chop the onion and red pepper. Add to the pasta.Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Toss to combine.
