Here is how you make Creole Jumbalaya:

Saute' meat in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, until fully cooked. Simmer all other ingredients in a stewing pot 15 minutes. After meat is fully cooked add to liquid and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour making sure liquid does not cook out. Add a little water if necessary. Serve over rice in a bowl.
