3 T tapioca flour
pinch of salt
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 small ripe banana
1/8 t or less pure Stevia powder
1/4 c plain lowfat yogurt


How Do I Make Glutenfree Crepes?

Here is how you make Glutenfree Crepes:

Mix 1st three ingredients in a blender or shaker. Mix well. Let rest a couple of minutes while you mash banana, mix with strawberries and Stevia. Heat griddle oiled lightly. Pour 1/3 batter on griddle (I used an iron skillet). Cover for about a minute until can turn crepe over. Cover for a minute, then remove to plate.
