1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter

Here is how you make Rhubarb Crisp:

Mix and pack 1st group of ingredients in pan saving some for top. Mix sugar, cornstarge and vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. (A little food coloring may be added)then add 6 cups rhubarb to syrup and pour over crumbs in pan. Add top crumbs and bake 325 for 40 minutes. I change this recipe around each time I make it.
