Here is how you make Curried Lentils:

Rinse 1 cup of lentils and add to medium sized saucepan, add 2 cups of cold water and bring to boil. Once boiled bring down to simmer, stirring to make sure they don't stick. Once they have mostly absorbed the water add the finely chopped onion, can of tomatoes, and beans combining all the ingredients. Cook for another few minutes then add curry powder to own tasting.
