crack 4 fresh eggs into a bowl and whip with a doek. In the meantime sprinkle some dried onion flakes in a frying pan and let simmer in a tlb of olive oil. Add evaporated milk to the eggs according to your desired consiistency and stir with fork. Poure into pan and add pepper. Let cook til half way finished and then add 1/2 cup of broken Greek feta.
