Fry sausage in large cast-iron skillet or pot until thoroughly cooked (cooking time will vary some.)Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir over very low heat until all grease is absorbed (We raise our own pork so it is very lean and there is not much fat.) Add all of the milk, stirring constantly. Wisk in the creamer. Stir constantly over medium to low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (I will often add some poultry seasoning or cayenne pepper as well.)
