- 1 cup almond milk - unsweetened vanilla

Here is how you make Low Carb Paleo French Toast:

For the bread:1. Beat the eggs with hand mixer for about 3 minutes.2. Mix in the coconut flour, water, melted butter ( or coconut oil), baking powder and stevia and beat until mixed.3. Spoon into a microwaveable dish ( i used plastic ziplock square container).4. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 2 minutes. The dough will rise.5. Cool and slice in half.For the french toast:1. Whiski theegg with milk, stevia, and cinnamon.2. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and press slightly on both sides.3. Heat up a skilled on medium heat. Use about 1-2 tbsp olive oil and fry the french toast for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned.4. Serve immediately. I used melted dark chocolate thinned with milk as a drizzle. May serve with sugar free whipped cream with berries or just sugar free syrup. Serving Size: 1 thick slice
