Here is how you make Homemade Butter:

Using a big bowl mixer (you may use hand mixer) pour cream into bowl beat on high, when you see stiff peaks like for whipped cream you are almost there, continue beating till it begins to separate from the liquid it looks like curdle clumps but it is not curdled. when it all separates ( about 10 minutes) strain into a bowl make sure bottom of strainer doesn't touch the liquid and pick it up with your hand start kneading till all the liquid is gone place in a container and you may now knead a little salt till mixed in. place in an airtight bowl, will keep for only two weeks if unused as there are no preservatives.
