In large bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk together until combined. Crumble matzos into egg/milk mixture and thoroughly mix/coat matzos. Let soak 20 minutes.In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until just starting to sizzle. Pour in matzo mixture, spread evenly, and allow to cook until edges set up, about 5 minutes.
