Here is how you make Kitchen Sink Muffins:

In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients, including carrots, apples, squash, berries and nuts. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just moistened. Fill muffin tins about 2/3-3/4 full.Bake at 350* for about 30-40 minutes. Yields about 18 regular muffins or 9 Texas sized muffins.
