Here is how you make Sin Rise Muffins:

Combine, 1 1/2 cup flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, set aside. Soften 1/4 cup butter. Combine sofr butter 1/2 cup sugar and egg, mix well. Add flour mixtyre and milk mixture alternatively to sugar mixture stirring after each addition. Stir in raisins.Filled greased muffin tins 1/2 full with batter.Combine 1/2 cup flour walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar in small bowl. Cut 1/4 cup butter ingredients til course. Sprinkle over muffins.
