Here is how you make Protein Muffins:

In one bowl mix the instant oatmeal and soymilk and let it sit for 15 minutes. In another bowl mix all remaining ingredients together. After 15 minutes combined both bowls, and evenly distribute the mixture in 12 muffin/cupcake servings. Do not use a muffin paper, but instead REALLY coat the muffin/cupcake tins well so that the muffins can come out easily.
