Vanilla Extract (not flavoring) Cooking Spray for Muffin Tins How Do I Make Healthy Tasty Muffins?Here is how you make Healthy Tasty Muffins: * Mix flax seed, flours, bran, sugars, and other dry ingredients together. * Shred carrots and apples and add these along with dry fruits to dry ingredients. Mix well. * Stir together milk eggs and vanilla and stir this into batter until well moistened. * Use cooking spray to lightly spray bottoms of muffin tins and bake at 350* for 18 - 22 minutes. I like to lightly sprinkle a little oatmeal on top to make muffins pretty, but this is optional.* Cook until set through muffin, do not brown as you do most muffins. (Note: My muffin tins are slightly smaller than a regular muffin, and I end up making 27 small muffins. If you are using a regular size muffin tin, you will get 24 muffins, and will need to bake an extra 2 minutes.) * These muffins freeze well.
