Here is how you make Oatmeal Flax Pancakes:

Combine oats and buttermilk, stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add everything else to the batter in the morning and stir by hand to mix well. Spoon batter, about 1/3 of a cup for each pancake, onto a lightly greased griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook for about 3 minutes or until tops bubble, then flip for another two minutes.
