Blend Cheese, Whey Protein & Egg Whites in a blender (I used a canning jar and put the blending blades in and screwed on the top works great for small recipes like this). Heat small pan and spray with non-stick spray. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan and cook 2-3 min on medium, flip and cook 2-3 min on other side.
