Pour the desired amount onto the hot pan, I would recommend little pancakes, but larger ones work just as well. Wait until bubbles start to appear and flip them over, give the other side a minute or two and then put on a plate to the side. Cooking time depends on the size of the pan and how many you cook at a time. Serve with fresh fruit or jam.
