1/4 c milk
2 c ham, cubed
2 c sliced potatoes
1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and add potatoes. Cook until lightly browned. Add ham. Meanwhile, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to pan and continue cooking until eggs are cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
